So for anyone, like me, who just realized that Valentine's Day is just two days away; not to worry. We at Pennington’s Perspective have you covered with the return of our “Choose your own Northumberland Valentines Day Adventure”.
Adventure #1: “A Delicious Date with your Dancing Queen”
February 14th is the last day to take advantage of the “Aphrodisiac Festival” in Port Hope. Choose from a number of amazing restaurants that are offering seductive menus inspired by love and flavour. Now if you want to take your dinner to the next level and really impress your special someone its in the details. I'd suggest ordering a dozen roses from Holton’s Flowers on Walton Street and have them delivered and awaiting your arrival at your table. After a delicious dinner, what better way to celebrate the evening then with a little dancing? And there is no better show to get you on your feet than ABBAMANIA at the Capitol Theater! Join them for their special Valentines Day performance starting at 8:00pm. The Capitol has also recently partnered with the Northumberland United Way and will be accepting donations at the door for this amazing organization. So show your love for your community on your way into the show!
