These days there is one topic on everyone’s mind; the real estate market. It's being talked about in coffee shops, among friends, online, and just about everywhere you go. 'Sold' signs are popping up like spring daisies, and whispers of 'big city' bidding wars are on everyone's mind.

But with all the chatter, I think there are a lot of misconceptions. I recently had someone tell me they heard that home values were up 30%. That would be outstanding; if only it were true (it's not).

So here's your chance to take the chatter out of the coffee shop and come straight to the source. I track stats and facts like nobody's business. Not only can I tell you how many homes sold in multiples last month but how many in each town and what types of properties are attracting these “bidding wars”. I’m like an encyclopedia of local real estate knowledge and you can ask me anything (about real estate).

At the Northumberland Home Show this weekend, my colleague Al Switzer and I will bring the coffee to you. No sales pitch, no pressure, just your chance to ask us all those questions you’ve been curious about.
